Accessibility Commitment

We are committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. We believe all of our guests — including those with disabilities — should have access to our products and services.

Consistent with this belief, we have processes in place for regularly assessing our websites for accessibility to disabled individuals who rely on standard assistive technologies. We use a leading industry standard — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 AA — as our guide. We conduct assessments internally, and also have assessments conducted by a leading, independent accessibility expert. When we learn of issues that might impact a disabled user’s ability to use our sites, we have processes in place to get them addressed.

While we take these efforts seriously, we want you to know that you can always reach out to us if you are having any difficulty finding information or conducting a transaction on our website. Please contact our care center at (866) 342-4089 or via Contact Us form, and our agents will be happy to assist you.
